Breathe In, Stretch Out

Yoga is great for growing bodies – and even better for growing minds. Movement and mindfulness supports emotional regulation, balance, body awareness, and self-confidence.

By practicing yoga children learn what it means to connect with both their minds and their bodies – and be grateful for what both can do! 

As part of our All-Inclusive program, children aged 3 and up enjoy weekly yoga sessions led by a certified instructor, at no extra cost.  Because strong minds grow best in strong, steady bodies.

Yoga supports the mind-body connection in fun and age-appropriate ways:

Yoga in Action

There are lots of ways to practice. Ours is fun, approachable and tailored to little learners.
Stretch and move like cats, dogs, and snakes.
Flows that mimic the shape of trees, butterflies, and mountains.
Act out stories with mindful movement.
Dance, then hold your best pose when the music stops.
Use soft toys to connect with breath and learn calm.
Play yoga-inspired games that teach awareness and mindfulness.
Lie back and daydream during rest time. What can you see?
Practice slow breathing with simple counts.
End each session with guided rest and reflection.
